Accessibility
Mobile cat care should begin with an accessible way to request it.
City Cat Claws is committed to making this website and service-request process usable for people with a wide range of abilities, devices, and communication needs.
Website approach
The theme is designed with semantic headings, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, labeled form controls, sufficient text sizing, responsive layouts, accessible accordions, descriptive link text, and alternatives to color-only meaning. Motion is limited and respects reduced-motion preferences.
Requesting help in another format
Guardians who cannot use the online form may call 503-214-2003 or email admin@catsinthecity.com. The team can help collect the information needed for route and service review.
Known limitations
External mapping, embedded tools, third-party scheduling systems, payment services, and linked websites are not fully controlled by City Cat Claws. The team will provide a practical alternative when a third-party barrier prevents access to the service-request process.
Physical access and communication needs
Tell the team about mobility, hearing, visual, cognitive, sensory, language, or home-access needs that affect the visit. This information is used to coordinate access and communication; it does not guarantee that every requested accommodation can be provided in every home.
Feedback
Report an accessibility barrier with the page address, device or browser, and a description of what prevented access. Cats in the City will review the issue and provide a reasonable alternative while a correction is evaluated.
